As for the fruit and vegetable group, Vietnam is in the group of three countries with the largest export turnover of fruit and vegetable products to the Chinese market, after Thailand and Chile.
To date, Vietnam has 11 types of fruits officially allowed to export to China, including: dragon fruit, watermelon, banana, lychee, longan, rambutan, jackfruit, mango, mangosteen, durian and passion fruit.
Fruit and vegetable export turnover to China in 2022 will reach 1.98 billion USD, an increase of 34.4% compared to 2021, accounting for 8.9% of the country's fruit and vegetable import market share.
