Regarding economic indicators: The economic growth rate strives for 11%, ensuring the growth rate of over 10% for the whole term; GRDP per capita will reach 103 million VND, so that by 2025, it can reach 126 million VND/person; local budget revenue reached 12,000 billion dong; will gradually increase every year to achieve the target of 15,500 billion dong by 2025; balance regular expenses.
The total investment capital of the whole society reaches VND 53,000 billion and strives to be higher by the end of the 2021 - 2025 period to reach VND 260,000 billion; import and export value through border gates reached 5 billion USD.
Social indicators that need attention are: Poverty reduction rate reaches 4.0%; the number of doctors per ten thousand people is 14 doctors; the rate of undernutrition among children under the age of height above the age of 25.9%; health insurance coverage rate 97%; the percentage of communes meeting the national standards for new rural areas in the last year has been adjusted down to 56.7% compared to the original plan, ensuring more substance.
