Decision 1445/QD-TTg clearly states that the Action Program to implement the Commodity Import-Export Strategy to 2030 (Action Program) aims to concretize the main tasks and solutions mentioned in the Decision No. No. 493/QD-TTg dated April 19, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Strategy for Import and Export of Goods to 2030.

Specifically, for the development of production, creating a sustainable supply for export, the Decision states that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant ministries and branches and the People's Committee of provinces and centrally-run cities: Implement the agricultural restructuring plan in association with digital transformation, digital economy development, and development of clean and sustainable green production; combine tourism and culinary development with the export of agricultural and aquatic products.
