According to the Import-Export Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade, implementing Official Letter No. 2840/BCT-XNK dated May 26, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the selection of reputable export enterprises in 2021, agencies and organizations consider it. selected include ministries, branches, industry associations, provincial and municipal Departments of Industry and Trade, which have implemented instructions for affiliated enterprises to make registration documents and coordinate with relevant agencies to confirm, consider selecting and sending the results to the Ministry of Industry and Trade according to the provisions of the Regulation on selection of reputable export enterprises (issued together with Decision No. 911/QD-BCT dated April 12, 2019 of the Minister of Industry and Trade). .

As of the reporting date, the Import-Export Department has received proposals from 54 units nationwide for 287 enterprises in 27 categories. After comparing with the criteria specified in Official Dispatch No. 2840/BCT-XNK, there are 218 enterprises that meet the prescribed criteria and there are 69 enterprises that have not fully met the criteria set forth in different levels. .

For cases that do not fully meet the criteria, after considering and considering, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has considered and selected the following enterprises into the Pre-qualification List of "Prestigious exporters in 2021", specifically:

For cases where the export turnover is much lower than the criteria (under 85% of the minimum turnover criterion); serious violations of regulations on tax, customs and environment; not registered through the selection units: Not included in the List of "Prestigious Exporters" in 2021.

For cases where the export turnover is slightly lower than the criteria (reaching above or approximately 90% of the minimum turnover criterion), there are administrative violations in tax, customs and environment but have been remedied. According to regulations: Consider including in the List of "Reputable Exporters" in 2021 as suggested by the selection units.

The above pre-qualification list is selected by agencies and organizations on the basis of criteria prescribed for minimum export turnover, business reputation for foreign customers, compliance with obligations towards the State in the field of customs, tax, environment... of enterprises.

Implementing Official Letter No. 2840/BCT-XNK, the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced the Pre-qualification List of Prestigious Exporting Enterprises in 2021.
