City. Ho Chi Minh City is the leading locality in the country with export value reaching 36.7 billion USD, up 13.8% over the same period. Next is Bac Ninh with total export turnover in the first 9 months of the year reaching 34.3 billion USD, up 4.1% over the same period last year.

With export turnover in the first 9 months of 2022 reaching over US$20 billion, Binh Duong and Thai Nguyen are the next two localities in the top of the country's largest exporters. In which, Binh Duong's export turnover reached 26.4 billion USD, up 11.9% over the same period and ranked 3rd in the whole country.

Meanwhile, Thai Nguyen ranked 4th with export turnover in the first 9 months of the year reaching about 24.3 billion USD. Dong Nai ranked 5th with an export value of 18.9 billion USD.

Regarding the import situation, TP. Ho Chi Minh City is the locality with the highest import turnover in the country in the first 9 months of the year with more than 48.5 billion USD. This is also the only locality in the country with an import value of over 40 billion USD.

In addition, the import turnover of goods of localities such as Bac Ninh, Binh Duong, Thai Nguyen and Dong Nai in the first 9 months of the year reached 30 billion USD, 18.9 billion USD, 14.8 billion USD and 14 billion USD respectively. $7.7 billion.
