Currently, in Lang Son province, there is only Huu Nghi border gate where goods clearance activities take place, with very limited capacity, only about 100 vehicles/day. Meanwhile, the two border gates of Tan Thanh and Chi Ma still stop customs clearance. The amount of goods congested at Tan Thanh border gate is very large, up to 1,564 vehicles as of the morning of December 29.
