Cauliflower
Cauliflower is one kind of vegetables. In Vietnam, Cauliflower is used in many dishes, including cooked and in salads. Cauliflower plants also contain amino acids such as lysine is valuable, arginine, tryptophan and other substances. It also has a small amount of cellulose with soft structure easy to digest. Besides, half of the substance in cauliflower is protein compounds that are easy to digest, so that it is most easy-to-absorb vegetables for the human body. Because of all the beneficial properties of cauliflower, it is used frequently in the diet for people who have problems in gastrointestinal tract and liver.
Especially, cauliflower contains vitamins A, C, B vitamins, niacin, pantothenic, folic acid and tartaric acid. Mineral composition of cauliflower include potassium, sodium, magnesium, copper, iron, sulfur, chlorine and phosphorus. Cauliflower is also rich in pectin acid, malic and citric.
