Celery

Atiso

The flowers develop in a large head from an edible bud about 8–15 cm (3.1–5.9 in) diameter with numerous triangular scales; the florets are purple. Artichoke is a precious medicinal herbs which cure a lot of diseases, good for health. Artichoke commonly known as cooling, purifying food for the body, artichoke contains fiber, vitamin C, folic acid, manganese and potassium is good for the digestive system and helps in weight loss.

Red & Green Coral
Red & Green Coral: Red and green leaf lettuces are essentially the same from nutritional perspectives and relationships. Both types are from daisy family, both belong to genus and species L. sativa. This type of lettuce is an excellent source of beta-carotene, which may help reducing risk of developing cataracts.
